Product Description This is a really nice 40A surface mount, sealed & potted relay from Bluewater. Relays allow you to switch high current loads with a switch rated for a smaller amount. Sealed, waterproof, and ignition protected – this relay is built for the harsh saltwater environment found on boats. We love the #10/32 studs, great for cable retention on the high current terminals. (use this ring terminal to attach). The signal wires pull < 100mA, so even our smallest switch will work great. The signal terminals are standard 0.250” and 0.187″ Quick Connects. This relay has only the Normally Open (NO) contacts. If you need a Normally Closed (NC) contact, please use this relay. Comes with nuts for the screw terminals. 40A max current.
